If we’re to play our full part in shaping and capitalising on this once-in-a-century opportunity, Copeland BC needs to take a strong strategic approach, build effective partnerships, and promote a clear vision of how the project will underpin a broader regeneration strategy. And that’s all on top of the day job: improving performance, inspiring confidence, and driving up service quality across the board.

So we need an exceptional contribution from our new Chief Executive. A notable leader and ambassador, you’ll give our organisation a clear sense of direction and focus, and be an influential presence within regional networks and partnerships from day one. But (and we know we’re asking a lot) you’ll also work closely and tirelessly on getting the little things right: not just for a while, but for good.
